1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or placing an order through A1 Star Mobile Accessories Pvt. Ltd. (https://a1starproduct.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Wholesale & Retail Orders

• Wholesale Tier Pricing: Tiered discounts (5+ pcs, 20+ pcs, 50+ pcs) are automatically applied at checkout based on batch quantity. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) specified on individual product pages must be satisfied to qualify for wholesale rates.
• Stock & Availability: All catalog items are subject to stock availability in our Mahaboudha warehouse. In the rare event of inventory discrepancy, our sales team will contact you within 2 business hours with an alternative or immediate refund.
• Pricing & Currency: All listed prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors before order dispatch.

3. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment options across Nepal:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for verified deliveries inside Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur.
• Digital QR & Wallets: Fonepay Direct QR, eSewa, Khalti, and IME Pay.
• Bank Transfer: For bulk wholesale consignments to outside-valley transport hubs.
• Store Counter Payment: Direct cash or card swipe at our physical Mahaboudha shop counter.

4. Shipping & Courier Delivery

• Kathmandu Valley: Standard delivery within 24 to 48 hours. Flat delivery rate Rs. 80 (Free on orders above Rs. 2,000).
• Outside Valley / District Hubs: Dispatched daily via express courier or night bus parcel service (Pokhara, Butwal, Biratnagar, Narayangarh, Hetauda, Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi, etc.). Delivery timeline: 2 to 4 business days.
• Inspection at Counter: Customers may inspect products at our Mahaboudha shop before pickup.

5. Warranty & Technical Guarantees

Products bearing an A1 Star manufacturer warranty (such as GaN adapters, power banks, and ANC earbuds) include a standard 6 to 12 months replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.

* Warranty excludes physical damage, water ingress, cut cables, burns from unstable generator voltage, or unauthorized disassembly.

6. Intellectual Property & Prohibitions

All website trademarks, product photography, text descriptions, and brand assets are the property of A1 Star Mobile Accessories Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized scraping, copying, or reverse engineering of this site is strictly prohibited.
