1. 7-Day Return & Replacement Window
We stand behind every charger, cable, earbud, and power bank we distribute. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in courier transit, or does not match the specifications on our site, you may request a 1-to-1 replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a full replacement or refund:
- The item must be reported within 7 days of physical delivery.
- The item must be in its original retail packaging, including original accessories, boxes, and barcodes.
- Proof of purchase (Order Number, SMS confirmation, or VAT/PAN bill) must be provided.
- Tempered glass boxes and screen protectors must not be installed/peeled before return.
3. How to Request a Return or Replacement
Method A: Mahaboudha Shop Counter
Walk into our physical shop at Mahaboudha Market, Ward No. 27, Kathmandu with the defective piece. Instant on-the-spot testing and 1-to-1 replacement provided within 5 minutes.
Method B: Courier Pickup / Return
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or Phone (+977-9841000000). We will arrange a courier pickup for Kathmandu or guide you on the nearest transport counter for outside-valley shipments.
4. Refund Processing & Timelines
When a monetary refund is approved:
- eSewa / Khalti / Fonepay: Processed within 24 hours directly back to your source digital wallet or bank account.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via Fonepay Bank Transfer or instant eSewa/Khalti transfer upon parcel inspection.
- Store Credit / Dealer Account: Instant balance credit for next wholesale batch order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Products with physical breakage, water submersion, cut wires, or bent charging pins caused by user misuse.
- Clearance/Final Sale items explicitly marked as non-returnable.
