• Order & Delivery Information: When you place an order, we collect your full name, mobile phone number, delivery address (Kathmandu Valley or District/City across Nepal), shop/business name (for wholesale inquiries), and VAT/PAN details (if invoice requested).
• Payment Data: Payments via Fonepay QR, eSewa, Khalti, or Bank Transfer are processed securely through certified gateway portals. We never store raw debit/credit card numbers or bank PINs on our servers.
• Technical & Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and anonymous analytics data to diagnose connection issues and improve page loading performance.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for legitimate business and fulfillment purposes:

• Processing, dispatching, and delivering your mobile accessory orders.

• We do not sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.
• We use Google user data solely to maintain your customer profile, order history, and saved shopping cart.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We only share necessary fulfillment data with:

• Courier & Logistics Partners: (e.g., Pathao Express, Nepal Post, District Hub Transporters) solely for delivering physical parcels.
• Payment Gateways: For processing real-time QR payments.
• Legal & Regulatory Authorities: Only when required by Nepal Government law or valid court order.

6. Data Security & Retention

All network communication is encrypted over HTTPS (SSL/TLS 256-bit). We store account records only as long as necessary to provide warranty service, comply with tax accounting regulations in Nepal, or until you request account deletion.
